- IBC has to follow the Workways as under to be eligible for MBG

- Talk time of 3.5 hours on Registered Leads ( New and existing leads )
- For Talk time to be Tracked The lead has to be first registered on
BB system ( payment portal/ one app digital dukaan ) and then
called via OneApp Calling feature - Any call made through WhatsApp or any other carrier will not
considered under the 3.5 hours of talk time parameter - Once, this whole cycle is completed successfully and the IBC
registered under MBG is not able to Break Zero, then their money
would be refunded back within 7 working days on Claim
